Marionette lines

With age, the corners of the mouth will turn more downwards and lines may form from the corners of the mouth downwards. These are called the marionette lines. With hyaluronic acid filler, the corners of the mouth can be lifted and the marionette lines can be filled . This creates a more youthful and cheerful appearance.

 

During the treatment you will receive a strong anesthetic that is mixed into the filler. The filler is injected with a very thin needle or cannula, so that you feel as little pain as possible. The treatment only takes 5 - 15 minutes. The injections will cause swelling which will subside after a few days and will disappear completely after 2 weeks.
