CONDITIONS FOR MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

The minimum age is 18 years to receive a consultation or treatment at DeGezichtskliniek.
Identification with a valid passport or ID is mandatory during every appointment. This is in accordance with the safety requirements of the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate.
All appointments include a non-binding and free consultation. A decision can be made on the spot to proceed with treatment.
An appointment can only be made for yourself and not for others. This is in connection with privacy legislation.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT

Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without charge via Whatsapp or email. In all other cases and if you do not show up for the appointment, DeGezichtskliniek will charge costs and possibly exclude you from making future appointments.

CONDITIONS OF A FOLLOW-UP CHECK

An appointment for a follow-up check can only be made by contacting us via Whatsapp or email. An appointment for a follow-up cannot be made online without having contacted us to discuss the reason for the follow-up.
An appointment for a follow-up check-up can only be scheduled 2 weeks after the treatment and up to 4 weeks after the treatment. During a checkup additional costs are associated when more filler of botox is needed.
