Baby botox can be applied in the frown, forehead, crows feet or in as an eyebrow lift. This treatment is ideal for those who want to keep their natural expression and maintain youthful looking skin. Typically this treatment is suitable for young women little fine lines.  During your appointment our experienced cosmetic doctors will assess your needs and wishes with you and throughly explain the treatment before administering a small dose of botox to target areas.  This only takes a couple minutes and due to the very small needle size is minimally painful.

After a few days the will movement in the area will start to reduce and the full result will be noticeable in 2 weeks.  The treatment last 3-4 months in total.

How does baby botox work?
Botox causes the muscles in your face to work less well. As a result, these muscles are less able to produce wrinkles or no longer produce wrinkles at all during a facial expression such as looking angry (frown lines), looking surprised (forehead lines) or when laughing (crow's feet around the eyes). In addition, Botox ensures that any wrinkles in your face also decrease slightly while you are resting. Deeper wrinkles will not disappear with 1 treatment. 

How much Botox do I need?
It varies per person how much Botox is needed in a specific area of ​​the face. This depends, among other things, on the age, depth of the wrinkles and the strength of the muscles. Furthermore, you can want a more natural look with some movement or you can go for the frozen look where there is no movement anymore. Wrinkles that are at rest on the face decrease a little bit, but especially with deeper wrinkles, they will not disappear completely with treatment. If a little more Botox is needed after 2 weeks, you can always come by for a top-up for an often small fee.

Is a baby Botox treatment painful?
The Botox treatment uses a very small needle, so the injections are usually not experienced as very painful. If you want to be assured of being completely pain-free during the treatment, we can always use an anaesthetic cream.  ​

When can I expect the result?
You will not see any results immediately after the treatment. After a few days you will start to notice that there is less movement in the treated area. After 1 week after the treatment you will see much more results and after 2 weeks you will see the end result.   How long will the result remain visible?
