The treatment itself takes under 10 minutes and is injected via cannula in the cheek area. This minimises bruising and risks.
You will feel some swelling and tenderness which will disappear within 2 weeks.

In these cases we use an interval of 3 to 4 weeks between the different treatments. Is Profhilo® Structura biodegradable? Yes, Profhilo® Structura is completely broken down by your body.
Which areas can you treat with Profhilo® Structura?
Profhilo® Structura works on the fat pads in the cheekbone area. Sagging in this area can result in a sunken look and hanging jowls. By adding to this fat the appearance of nasolabial folds and lower face aging can be reduced.
How quickly will I see results from my Profhilo® Structura treatment?
You will usually see results four to six weeks after your second treatment although some people will see a result after the first treatment.
Does a treatment with Profhilo® Structura hurt?
Any treatment with injectables can be sensitive. Profhilo® Structura is pricked into the skin with ten injections. Not all injection points are equally sensitive, the injections pass quite quickly. Patients report that the canula feels weird more than it is painfull.
